The Shoot

The Shoot: Summer Breeze, part 2

For the second of the Summer Breeze series, I wanted to stick with the green colour scheme with this amazing Zara dress with the voluminous skirt. Though the colour isn’t quite as potent as the Jacquemus dress from the first series of this editorial shoot, I love how it ties into the first outfit. I’m still styling the same heels with the dress, though I’ve also added a wide black leather belt for an alternate way of wearing the dress. The jewellery is my Celine alphabet necklace, which I may be very late to the party for, but is definitely my favourite piece of jewellery now. I also styled the outfit with a couple of gold Cartier bracelets, because with such a natural shoot, you want to keep the accessories as minimal as possible.

I also loved this idea of shooting a close-up with a bouquet of wild flowers acting as a sort of sleeveless top. It was something I spotted on Instagram months ago, and it felt like it fit perfectly into the theme of this editorial shoot.
