The Christmas Issue The Shoot

The Editorial Shoot: Kew Palace

Tis the season to be jolly. For this Christmas period, we shot a series of editorial shoots to highlight some of the best trends for the party-wear season. This is the season we full out our brightest and most-sparkly outfits for Christmas parties, gatherings, or just the desire to dress up more.

For this editorial shoot, we focused on floaty, beautiful outfits, but added a military edge to the outfits.

This first outfit is made up of a beautiful mini dress I picked up when the latest H&M designer collaboration dropped in early November, but to fit it into this editorial shoot, I added a harsher edge to it. It came in the form of these beautiful Zara combat boots, and this very old denim military jacket from River Island that is over a decade old.

The final outfit is both playful, but practical in its simplicity.

The Christmas season doesn’t just have to be floaty dresses; spice up your outfit with a hard edge with combat boots and a military-inspired jacket.
