The September issue The Shoot

The Editorial Shoot: Miami Vice

The first of the era shoots for this season’s ‘The September Issue’, is all about the fabulous eighties. Here, I take the classic elements from the decade like the big hair, big shoulders and big ruching, but give it a Cuban twist. The colours are bright and bold, clashing and all mixed together. And to top it all off, we have a classic short suit paired with knee-high boots for that quintessential eighties style.

The backgrounds are as vibrant as the outfits itself. And of course our accessories have to match.

Location: Shot around Canary Wharf in the rooftop gardens and surrounding square, the location encapsulates the urban jungle of the skyscrapers of the eighties with the tropical plants found in Miami.
