There’s something about the colour yellow that just makes you happy. Maybe it’s because it reminds us of the sun, or summer or is just so bright and cheery. Who doesn’t feel better when draped in this shade? Combine that with a major trend for summer, the polka dot, and it’s bound to make the fashion part of you scream with joy. That’s how I feel when I wear this skirt. Who wouldn’t love the combination of yellow and polka dot, all meshed together in this brilliant midi skirt?
Along with loving bright and cheery colours, I also kinda love the polka dot trend. It’s loud, attention-seeking and unabashedly over-the-tip eighties. And I love all of those in my clothes. It has a high slit on the side, button details up to the waistband and is so swishy and flippy, you look even more fabulous with it on.
