Generally, I’m not a fan of trainers. I have a couple pairs of Nike that I use when I work out or go running, but generally that’s it. So, it’s rare when a set of trainers tempt me enough to make me want to buy them. And somehow Adidas has managed to pull that one off. A brand I haven’t worn since I was a teenager, suddenly has me going giddy over brightly coloured trainers. This is a first!
So Pharrell Williams teamed up with Adidas and re-imagined their originals trainers and what they came up with has sent the blogosphere into overdrive. I know I’m a bit late to the party, considering they were launched in the UK at the end of March, but I only managed to buy a purple pair a couple of weeks ago, so you’ll have to excuse my lateness to the party.
These babies come in 50 shades, thankfully not all grey, and they really do make every outfit look cool and casual. With so many different shades to choose from, there really is a colour for everyone. And in case you’re wondering where to find them, nearly every shoe store has them from Schuh to Office, Footlocker and J D Sports to name a few. And at £67 they really are worth it!
