The Shoot

The Shoot: Borough Market

Hello world,

Today’s shoot was done right next door to Borough Market, probably one of the best places to get some street food, and an absolute must if you’re into locally produced food. Unfortunately it’s not very practical to shoot in the market itself as it’s always way too busy, so I decided to do this shoot in the narrow streets right next to it, next to this cute Wine Wharf sign.

I’ve really taken to mixing my prints lately, and this outfit is a classic example of that. I loved the bright green leopard print of these Primark shorts, and while I wanted to continue the yellow colour scheme, I thought it would be cute to mix it up with the sunflower print of these Kurt Geiger heels. Add another yellow colour print with these adorable banana print socks and you got yourself a print overload, just tamed a little by this gorgeous pink angora jumper. Overall a very cute outfit, if not quite suited for the rainy weather that it was shot in. I guess you can’t have it all.
