Hello world,
I thought I’d use the powers of the blogging world to help with a little conundrum I’m having. I’ve spotted this dress on theoutnet website the other day and for the life of me I can’t find anywhere on the site where the dress is or who it’s by.
I know I’ve seen it before on Blake Lively and she either wore it herself or as the character Serena van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl.
So maybe you guys can help me out here. The image is here;
