The wait is almost over…Lanvin for H&M had a catwalk in New York last night

Hello world,

It’s only three more days until possibly the biggest designer collaboration with H&M is launched in shops here in Europe and Ireland. And to tease us a little bit more, they had a big fun catwalk show in New York last night, debuting the collection and modelled by such famous faces as Anna Dell Russo, Dree Hemingway and Pixie Geldof to name a few.

What made this catwalk even more appealing was the customisation that Alber Elbaz, artistic director for Lanvin, done to the H&M collection; thereby giving every fashionista and blogger a multitude of ideas for those exquisite dresses we’re going to be spending our entire paycheck on.

Here’s a few images from the catwalk show last night and I’ll be there outside South King’s street H&M on the 23rd bright and early.

Until then,

Fresh out of college with an MA in Journalism, a passion for clothes, fashion and styling shoots, I was also the fashion editor of a magazine my colleagues and I set up called SCOPE magazine, which was disbanded three years ago. For now I'm just a freelance journalist and blogger.
Other than obsessing about fashion, I love theology and history, writing apocalyptic fiction (it's weird, I know!) and the occasional weeekend of horse-riding if I have the time and I don't injure myself in the process.
