Just picture this; escaping the humid city in the middle of summer for the breezy shores of the seaside. Packing some summer essentials and staying in a beach cottage on the south coast.Â
That’s what this shoot is trying to evoke. Though we may not have summers as hot and humid as New York, we too have our summer escapes out of the city of London. Because London can get crowded and stifling, and we all need a break.
For mine, I went down to the south coast, to a place called Dungeness. It’s a mixture of end-of-the-world type locale and sleepy wooden beach cottages on a long pebbled shoreline.Â
This shoot is from last summer, that I somehow never got the chance to shoot. So while we’re all stuck in our houses, I’m going to dream of being back there among the sea air, pebbled beach and luscious green fauna growing out of the tiny rocks.Â
