The Shoot

The Shoot: Leadenhall Market

I want to make a quick apology before I get into the post itself for my absence. I’ve started a new job and as such I’ve had no time for myself in the run-up to the Christmas holidays. I also realised I still had a few great shoots on my laptop that I wanted to share with you all. I may not be back on here for long, but at least you’ll get to see some of the shoots I done months ago. Enjoy!

With the run up to Christmas and the annual party season, it’s time for everyone to pull out the glitz and glam. I love the party season; it’s so much fun and cheerful.

What I love about jumpsuits being worn during the party season is they’re perfect for anyone a little body conscious. It covers up any bits and bumps you might want to hide and flatters even short figures. The only thing you have to be careful on is that the jumpsuit flatters your body shape. They are so easy to get wrong, but when done right they can look amazing.

The reason why my navy jumpsuit works on my figure is that the trouser legs are wide and make my look taller, while the bodice is off the shoulder and slims my arms. For the first of my party wear outfits I thought I’d keep the accessories more subtle and the shoes a little more plain. These black courts from L.K. Bennett are an absolute office staple of mine and are just so versatile and comfy.
