In love with the Harper’s Bazaar UK May issue cover

Hello world,

This post is completely pointless other than the fact that I’ve only just seen the May cover for UK’s Harper’s Bazaar, and while Kate Moss doesn’t do anything for me, these double covers are just beautiful.

The first image is of a vintage Alexander McQueen gown from the autumn/winter 2006 Widows of Culloden show, where Kate appeared projected as a hologram in this very dress. The second dress is from Sarah Burton’s debut collection for Alexander McQueen and both covers are in homage to the late Alexander McQueen.

What’s even more amusing and ironic is that Kate Moss is dubbed as fashion royalty and this issue comes out the same month that another very famous Kate is about to become real royalty.

Either way both Kates will look stunning beyond belief when they both get married in the next few months.

For now let’s just oggle at these beautiful images.

Until then,

Fresh out of college with an MA in Journalism, a passion for clothes, fashion and styling shoots, I was also the fashion editor of a magazine my colleagues and I set up called SCOPE magazine, which was disbanded three years ago. For now I'm just a freelance journalist and blogger.
Other than obsessing about fashion, I love theology and history, writing apocalyptic fiction (it's weird, I know!) and the occasional weeekend of horse-riding if I have the time and I don't injure myself in the process.
