It’s that time of year again! At last night’s Billboard Awards, H&M dropped the bombshell of who their latest designer collaboration will be, and it looks to be none other than Balmain!
I for one cannot wait for this one, and while Alexander Wang provided just as much hype, this time I’m actually looking forward more to the clothes, because we also got a sneak peek at two outfits created for the collection worn by none other than Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner.
The Parisian House of Balmain was founded in 1945 by Pierre Balmian until 1982 when he died and the label was headed by successive designers in the years since.
Get ready to be very excited, as it looks to be incorporating the best of the last few seasons of Balmain under the helm of Olivier Rousteing, and forgetting that awful atrocity that were the last couple of seasons under Christophe Decarnin.
So set your countdown to November 5 2015 and prepare to get very excited when we start seeing more of the collection, because my instincts are telling me it’ll be a good one!
