Hello world,
Well I’ve had a busy day today. While the girls in my flat were sleeping off a hangover on the sofa all day, I was running around like a mad woman since about 5am. The reason why I wasn’t relaxing today like everyone else? Shoots for the blogs and it wasn’t the standard one or two, but four in total!
They are part of a new editorial style shoot I’m doing for the blog and I’ll post them up as soon as they’re done. I’m really quite pleased with the outcome of the first few images. I think you’ll really like them!
Now the second half of the day was dedicated to enjoying the annual Notting Hill Carnival. I’ve never been to it before so I didn’t quite believe it when people say up to one million go to the carnival every year. Boy was I wrong!
In short it was mental, the Caribbean food on sale everywhere was delicious and I especially loved the coconut drinks! The juice wasn’t really my cup of tea but it made me feel like I was abroad for a moment.
So anyway, here are some shots of the carnival and a few shots of my outfit that we took in a park away from the carnival and the madness.
It was a fun day indeed!
