The Shoot: Neon Signs

Hello world,

Firstly I’m going to apologise for the quality of these photos. My boyfriend came down with a pretty nasty bug the day we shot these and he almost fainted on the street while shooting them in the freezing cold. Hence why some of these photos are a little blurry because he couldn’t even see straight.

Then it got so miserably cold you would have to be stupid to stand outside in just a spring blazer so we left it trying to reshoot these images. But such is life, as they say.

Then to top it off we went into a coffee shop and ordered two huge coffees to warm us both up, only for some idiotic girl to spill her coffee all down my boyfriend’s favourite hoodie and not even apologise for it. Needless to say the hoodie is ruined and he was pretty pissed off. Poor guy really couldn’t catch a break, because he spent the next four days in bed unable to move. But moving on.

The blazer is a new one I got from H&M Trend, and you know what? I think I’m a little obsessed with the trend collection. It was bad last season, but it just seems to be getting worse. Every item I pick up in H&M is a Trend piece. In fact I haven’t bought anything else there in the last five months!
