I’ve been sick the last week and because I’ve been sleeping sixteen hours a day I’ve annoyingly missed out on a very entertaining fashion story.

Did anybody hear in the news of some very inventive Columbian drug smugglers turning cocaine into a paste and moulding them into Manolo Blahnik shoes, complete with their very own label?

I mean as if shoes weren’t addictive enough. The drug Manolos cost a reported €50,000, which is a heck of a lot more to spend on shoes than your average designer pair.

Still you gotta give it to those drug smugglers. They might be horrible people with an awful career, but they sure have an imagination!
