Hello world,
I have to say I’m a fan of the sixties trend that’s come back into fashion this autumn season. There’s something so fun about retro shift dresses, turtlenecks and kitten heels. But it’s boring if you just recreate a trend without putting your own style and stamp on it.
So I mixed it up with some modern pieces, an A-line dress, a modern bag and a high bun. It’s not quite sixties, not quite latest trend, but somewhere in the middle. It’s also nice to pull some of my older pieces of my wardrobe. It’s not always about my latest purchases after all.
The location is Neal’s Yard, the home of the renowned skincare brand, and the alleyway it’s named after. It’s now surrounded by restaurants, massage therapists and holistic therapy shops, and painted in a myriad of bright colours and barrel drum seats. It’s such a quirky spot in the heart of the Covent Garden piazza, and that’s what I love about London. You always discover somewhere new and interesting.
